Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. we are unable to offer returns on any of our products.

Final sale

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Faulty/damage items

If you have received a faulty or damage item please email ginskiclothing@gmail.com within 48hrs of receiving your order. We will need photographic evidence, as we do have the rights to see if its our fault for the damage. Items must have all labels still attached. We will cover all return fees and a full refund. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange items due to wrong sizing please email us at ginskiclothing@gmail.com. Our exchange policy allows you to exchange your item for a different size within 7days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and all tags still attached. If the item is worn, washed, altered, marked, make-up stains or perfume smell will not be accepted. Exchanges are subject to availability. The exchange cost will be covered by the customer.
